Quick answers to common questions

New weapons can be unlocked in several ways:

  • Level Progression: Automatically unlock weapons as you reach certain levels
  • Complete Challenges: Finish specific in-game challenges to earn weapon rewards
  • In-App Purchases: Purchase premium weapon packs from the in-game store
  • Daily Rewards: Log in daily to collect weapon upgrade materials

Check the Weapons menu to see which weapons you can unlock next!

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart the game: Completely close and reopen the app
  2. Check for updates: Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  3. Restart your device: A simple restart can fix many issues
  4. Free up storage: Ensure you have at least 500MB of free space
  5. Reinstall the game: Delete and reinstall (note: progress may be lost if not backed up)
  6. Check your connection: Some features require an internet connection

If problems persist, please contact us using the form below with your device model and OS version.

You can remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option in the in-game store. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner and interstitial ads from the game.

To purchase:

  1. Open the game
  2. Tap the Store icon
  3. Find "Remove Ads" option
  4. Complete the purchase through your App Store or Google Play account

Note: The purchase is tied to your device's app store account and will persist across reinstalls on the same account.

Progress is saved locally on your device. If you've deleted the app or switched devices, progress may not automatically transfer.

To avoid losing progress:

  • Enable cloud save in Settings (if available on your platform)
  • Keep the game installed
  • Don't clear app data from your device settings

If you've lost progress due to a bug or technical issue, please contact us with details about your account (approximate level, weapons owned, etc.) and we'll do our best to help.

If your purchase isn't showing up:

  1. Wait a few minutes: Purchases can take a moment to process
  2. Restart the game: Close and reopen the app to refresh
  3. Check your receipt: Verify the purchase went through in your email receipt
  4. Restore purchases: Look for a "Restore Purchases" button in the game settings

If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us with:

  • Your purchase receipt/order number
  • What you purchased
  • Device type and OS version
  • Date and time of purchase
